Founder and CEO
Jared founded The Insurance Advisors in 2006 (then McKeachnie Insurance), and has a vast and comprehensive understanding of every part of the insurance landscape. He is committed to high quality customer service, consistent learning, and keeping business human and personable. Jared is proud of his small-town roots and prides himself in being a part-time rancher.

Tami Gross is an Account Manager at The Insurance Advisors. With over 30 years in customer service, she has made many lifelong friends. Tami is a licensed insurance agent and can collaborate with clients in person, over the phone, or through email with an individualized touch. In her free time, she enjoys the mountains and being with her family.
Katy Ellingford
Account Manager
Katy has worked in customer service for more than 15 years, and has been an Insurance Agent since she started working for McKeachnie Insurance/The Insurance Advisors in 2017. She has always strived to provide exceptional service and is always willing to go above and beyond to help her clients find the coverage they need. Katy works in Personal Lines Insurance and can offer coverage in auto, home, and rec lines. In her off time Katy enjoys camping, off-roading, and fishing with her husband and two boys.

Bailey started with The Insurance Advisors, LLC in May of 2023 and she has been in the field of customer service for 7 years. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She is an intelligent young woman who loves to learn and help her clients. She has continued to expand her knowledge to fit all of her clients needs including writing home, auto, recreational and farm policies.
